We have purchased vehicles from Thomas Bedford in the past and were always satisfied with the service. This was my first time dealing with the auto body shop and I am pleased with the service.

I am very pleased with the repairs that Thomas Chevrolet in Bedford performed on my vehicle. The staff were very professional. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that after the repairs were completed, I started getting a "check engine" light. When I picked my car up at Thomas, the "check engine" light came on. I reported this to the repairman, Mark. He took the car back into the garage and scanned the vehicle for codes. He reported to me that it was a code for the ambient air temperature sensor. He cleared that code and took the car for a test drive. Everything was ok. I drove it back to Altoona without any problems. However, when I went to leave work, the "check engine" light had come back on. I have had it "scanned" again for codes and it is the same one. I would like to have this sensor replaced/ repaired by Thomas or my local Ford dealer without charge since it is related to my initial claim.
