Our car overheated very bad sitting at a drive through window 2 days after we picked up the car. Temp gage went to the red and it was smoking from overflow of fluids. Called a man that works on cars and he found that the radiator fan was unplugged. He asked if the car was worked on recently that it would have been unplugged while working on it. I proceeded to tell him that we had to bring it back a second time to Thomas’s for them to put on a radiator bracket and that it would have been torn apart for that. I have recorded this email for future purposes in case we have more trouble with the car from it overheating. I am very upset that a professional service would forget to plug in a radiator fan plug.
