They were great throughout the whole process. Carlos was amazing, he was in contact the whole time my car was being repaired. They did an awesome job on my 2026 Mazda CX50. Tilton Auto Body is definitely a 5 star shop ! They did an excellent job on my 2019 blue Lexus RX and everything was done in excellence. The paint used matched perfectly. The price was more than fair and my experience in dealing with Tilton was stellar. From my very first phone call to the completion of the body work, the staff (Carlos, Tim, and Brandon) was professional. All the while that my car was in their possession, I was kept informed of its progress step by step..I also noticed how courteous other staff member were toward their clients as I listened to and overheard their conversations. Also noteworthy is the close attention thatvwas paid to detail. My team even went as far as to repair an unrelated dent that was in my bumper; this was done at no additional cost. When my car was returned to me, it was detailed inside out. This was a both a surprise and much welcomed gesture. In closing, I do not want anyone to be in need of an auto body shop, but if it has to be, Tilton is the place for honest, reliable, and top-quality work.
