I gave it that score because of my vehicle being returned with a half a tank of fuel. Missing gloves my center console being tossed. The TPS sensors not working at all i just had them checked out at the dealership they fixed it. That was the only thing that worked properly on the car now it doesn't work at all.

I left my car with a full tank of gas got it back with a half a tank. Someone rifled through my center console not to happy about that. And a pair of tan gloves that were in my driver's side door pocket aren't there any longer..
