Thank you for the free mouse pad and touch up paint. I would suggest that your text messages have more explicit wording. If you say the vehicle will be ready for pickup on a certain date, one can interpret that to mean that it the work will be completed by the time you open on that date. Remove ambiguity and be more explicit to avoid misinterpretation and misunderstanding.
