This was the first time I gave my vehicle at Tilton, and that was because they are the only body repair authoriized by my insurance who gave Saturday appointment. But later on I was very impressed by their responses and constant email updates. process was so seamless and very professional throughout. I don't normally fill things like this out. However, Tilton BW was fast, thorough, and communicated with me via text about the progress of the repair. They also worked with the car rental to pick me up and took care of the rental at the end....Great work!
