They did a great job, it looks better then it did before i bought it, only thing was getting constant messages of it getting push back every week then daily over and over, So that part got frustrating but was it worth the wait yeah.

The over all quality of my car was perfect. Like the day i bought it. Worth the wait I would rate 10/10 but i can only go as high as 7 due to the longevity of the wait. Mainly due to the fact i would get a text saying it would be done this day. And it was another 1 1/2 months until that date. With getting consist text saying it would be done then kept getting pushed back. Worth the wait- yes 100% without a doubt, just could do with a solid date instead of being pushed back every week and day. Leaving myself in limbo questioning my decisions, To bring it here

Everyone at Tim’s Auto Body is great, Mark, Giovanni and Nicholas. They are always pleasant, helpful, thoroughly explain the repair process and repairs are completed by the estimated time. The work is of exceptional quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for auto body work.

I have used Tim’s Auto Body several times and the quality of their work is always excellent. Mark, Giovanni and Nicholas are very considerate, explain the repairs and keep me informed of progress. Repairs are always completed by the date promised or earlier. I would not consider using a different shop.

The people were friendly and helpful. However, atleast 4 times I received a text telling me when the truck would be done. then it changed-over and over. No good reason for that.

Repairs took longer than originally estimated. Car was dropped off 12/22 and completed on 1/15. Inside of drivers side door appears to have a burn mark on leather below the window unit
