They seemed too busy with too many jobs. They had a difficult time figuring out who I was and finding my car when I called for a status update. Very polite, just seemed disorganized

Car took extremely long to be finished and when it was finished the headlight is a different color than the other when I called i got alittle attitude from the shop they should have said we will order a new headlamp and when we get it in we will put the new one in have to take it back for a trim piece when I do i have to show the shop the difference in the color of the headlights it makes me feel like they think I'm lieing or just giving them a hard time which is not true

The repairs went well and the car looked great, however, when my wife attempted to start the car the dash lit up with all warning lights. When she entered the office to report it, they responded nonchalantly that this sometimes happens and she would have to leave the car for the right tech to come in next day. Now we had to drive 30 min back home and figure out when we'd have the time to return next day. Eventually had a neighbor agree to drive me in next day. We are both Drs and our schedules are always very busy. I had to reset the audio system myself. Now we have to again travel to return the rental and rely on neighbors kindness to do so.
