Incredibly amazed by the work far and above my expectations. Constant communication during the time in the shop. Truck came back like brand new. In fact so nice I don’t want to drive it !

We now have : “ Service Mode” on the stand up in the middle of our dash board saying “Please select “IK” to complete the service mode and return to normal driving operation “ .only it will not allow us to delete it by hitting OK or CANCEL thus not getting the routine information supplied. We are about to have to schedule an appointment with Lexus to have it return to normal. We were also surprised and upset to see the damaged grill in the truck of our car when opening it to use it . Finding someone to get rid of it was another stressor.

The works looks good so far, and I appreciate the cleanliness even inside my gross dog mobile haha! The communication was on point. My car has been in another body shop previously and it was a terrible experience, no communication, brakes put on wrong, door locks not working....terrible! Thankfully this time insurance advised you guys were available. We actually have an auto repair shop and several times a day we get asked for recommendations on a body shop....... we never have an answer for our customers on who we trust..... we do now! I dreaded my car going into a body shop again bc of the past experience at another shop, but I was so happy from the start this time. Not only the text updates but also phone calls throughout and done much sooner than expected. You guys are great keep up the great work!!! Thank you again!

Great communication, timely repairs and car was cleaner coming back then it was going in. We have an automotive shop and often get customers looking for body work, we are always unable to recommend a body shop bc our experiences were not something we would want our customers to go through, but after this (our first experience with Tim's) we now have a body shop we recommend. Thank you for such a stress free experience
