I am so impressed and satisfied with TNS Auto.! My car was ready exactly when they said, the repair was perfect and my car was spotless! The convenience of the rental was also great. I’m very dissatisfied with the response time, or lack of responses, from MetLife. Patty Chang was slow to respond. Then her manager, Rod Gowin, responded. But he’s been lacking since I’ve sent follow-up emails. My car was returned with scratches and I’ve yet to be given answers from MetLife in regards to fixing this.
