I went to this auto repair shop because it’s Geico Express guarantee. I wanted to get my vehicle repaired as soon as possible. It’s been 2 weeks and my car is still not done. I understand there is a high probability that parts will be on back order which my part was, but I was never notified on the status of my vehicle. I had to call every time to find out what was going on. If they would have notified me I could have planned accordingly and saved hundreds of dollars. It has already been 4 days passed the back order shipping date and still no phone call.

I've used TNS twice in the last 12 months to repair my Forester after two unrelated incidents. Both experiences were amazing! The prices are fair and the car work is excellent. Its a busy shop but the team takes time to answer questions/address any concern. They are accomodating and wonderful to work with when you're dealing with the headaches/difficulties of car problems. I greatly appreciate the team's professionalism. I will continue to trust TNS for all my mechanical needs (Hope not too many!).
