I had never used this body shop for repairs before but am so happy I did. I was very happy with the customer service provided. The employees I met were very polite, professional, and patiently answered all of my numerous questions and concerns. My car was repaired earlier than expected which saved me money on a car rental. I was even offered a ride back home after I dropped my car off (if I needed one). A nearby car rental place was recommended to me which I used and I was very happy with that choice as well.

Absolutely excellent service from Tom and Jerry’s! Don and Ian are so professional, honest, decent friendly guys—it was a pleasure doing business with them. They took care of everything with State Farm because they’re in their preferred network. Car looks as good as new! Totally perfect repair, paint job, shiny, clean car returned to me. Oscar detailed the interior and did a great job! I highly recommend this business and intend to tell State Farm about the excellent service! Thank you Tom and Jerry’s!!
