Having my vehicle for over 3 weeks for a minor repair was ridiculous and unexpected. I would have preferred scheduling a time when the shop could get it in and out.

The first week and a half the only updates was when I called to inquire. Then they realized I was not getting text updates and activated them. Would have preferred to be told up front on how long the repair would take.

Everyone was so kind, helpful, and communicative with the exception of the front desk worker. The few times that I interacted with her she was cold and brushed me off (even over the phone), until it came time to pay - then she was kind.
