It would definitely be 10 but it wasn't completed the first time I picked it up. Broken, missing parts. Dirty glass. And if the insurance company paid for a whole door I don't know why they couldn't keep in the window switch from said door that they used to raise and lower my window instead of putting the broken switch back in. I mean y'all really gonna make a few dollars off a 99 LHS window switch? But that's ok really. Main focus was obviously the door shell.

Customer service was great. Very nice people. Just gave me back an unfinished car at first though. But when I went back the guy was very nice and fixed all issues fast.
