Everyone from the very start, to getting my vehicle back, was just wonderful. The communication was great the whole time. Although it took a long while waiting on parts etc I was updated frequently and never left wondering. The customer service was amazing.

Lane Weaver was wonderful to work. He was always prompt to respond to my inquiries and always professional. He took the time to answer any questions I had. Kayla was fabulous too! She provided excellent customer service and stepped in to get my original estimate done in a timely fashion. She was really nice and followed through on all she said she would do. And the customer representatives at the front desk always had a smile on their face, we’re very inviting, and so nice!

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE USING THIS COLLISION SHOP - KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR 45 DAYS FOR A MINOR DENT REMOVAL AND ASSURED MY RENTAL WILL BE COVERED - ENDED UP COSTING ME $4200 + OUT OF POCKET DO NOT USE THIS SHOP EVER !!!!!!!
