The front bumper isnt lined up,especially around the drivers side headlamp assembly. Also there is a single click noise every time the car is about to park, car sits from a dead stop, proceeds to go in reverse or forward to park,and you hear a loud click coming from the drivers side (i understand the VW dealership had to fix this, they had my VW for over a week & i was told nothings wrong, they heard nothing) this click happens each time from a dead stop, wheel is turned and backing up or moving forward) and again, the front bumper is off very bad, the lines are not matching up

The damage areas of the car were completely restored, and this was accomplished in a timely manner. They kept me informed about the process throughout, provided support around the car rental, and took care of the insurance claim.

The car looks great! Paint matches very well. It’s shiny and sleek looking ! I read all the information about the repairs . I realize everyone is busy but would be a nice touch to have someone spend 5 minutes and explain .
