Tom's Automotive Service Inc is a full auto service repair center. Specializing in body shop and mechanical repairs. We also offer towing and 24 hour roadside assistance. Started in 1952 by Tom Robertson proceeded by his son Jeff and now run by Jeff's son Jay. Originally Tom's did only mechanical repair. In 2001 the body shop was started. Tom's has nearly 40 bays and 20 employees. Our technicians are ASE master certified and our Body technicians are I Car certified. We use the latest laser measuring systems and Aluminum repair equipment in the industry. We pride ourselves in using manufacturers guidelines to repair vehicles. We warranty all of our repairs. That Bradley guy yal have as a body man is the absolute best there ever was or ever will be! He did such a great job on my car I’m beyond happy! He is very knowledgeable and he does high quality work! I would definitely let him work on my car any day of the week!

Repair work took almost a week longer than first estimated. But... things were discovered after the work was started that required additional work... and additional parts that had were not readily available. Overall though.... I was very pleased with the final product...

I have always gotten good and friendly service there in the past, but this was a different experience. I will try it again and then make a decision as to if this is where I will always take my vehicles.

They were only able to fix some of what was wrong. When the car was finished, there was a LOT of grease on the drivers seat/arm rest. Since they are light tan seats/arm rest, it was very obvious.

I paid cash since there is a 3% charge for using a card. I was not given change and the bill was rounded up. I know that it was only a small amount, but if everyone is done this way, it will add up over time. I've never had this happen before.
