2024 Colorado had about $28k damage, Dan kept me informed thru this major repair, especially a when he had to find a critical part he had to source from dealer in "ironically" Colorado AZ, and my truck is new again and super clean when I picked it up.

Was not aware that car was not totally ready. Received a call saying the car is ready can pickup! Turned in the loaner or rental! When I was dropped off to pick up I was told someone would call to speak to me! Within a week or more I called to inquire about receiving a call which I never received. Then I was told that I will have to bring my car in when the grill arrives to be replaced! When I questioned about the accident if something might have happened because my car failed to start while I was out! I had no idea that it had to be jumped start to get it to the back to be serviced!
