From what I see everything cosmetically looks great. My airbag sensor is still going off but I have not gotten a hold of Top Gun to let them know that yet so they have not had a chance to fix it

The body shop took a considerable amount of time to repair the vehicle but the repairs were well done. Liberty Mutual’s adjusters & estimators treated us like criminals even though the accident wasn’t our fault. Our Agent couldn’t be reached for help and after leaving several voicemails he still hasn’t returned our calls. Our claim was never uploaded to the app so we could check the status.

Paint stripe is pending (because it has to be done after 30 days of paint being dry) and my a/c did not work - they referred me to dealership which was booked out over a month. I fixed the issue myself with an a/c recharge, $50 later.

I believe body work was beautiful. I also believe manager will be sure some of the things will never happen again. She seemed sincere in her disappointment in her workers errors. So I would recommend to others with explaining my other experiences which I attribute to time management.

Paint job and side damage came out beautiful. Paint spray on front and back leather seats was left for us to clean .Horrible and difficult to clean. I take pride in my car and it is well cared for. We were told they would have alignment done but instead we have to take the time out to get done ourselves and hope no problems in it getting paid. RearView Mirror was still damaged but they are taking care of that soon. O2 sensor lissue came up which I am confident was related to shop. We have to take in and pay for it to be checked. Never had issue. It sits in their shop for month and then on our picking up its there. Overall, I felt should have had no interior paint splattering and alignment taken care if. We will see about O2 sensor. Mirror as long as covered and repaired Is okay though it affirms my belief it was get it in, get it out and let us deal with time consuming issues.
