From my 1st phone call until I left with the finished product, I felt as if I was the only customer.. They took care of everything, I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Lori and Tommy are wonderful people who actually care about customer satisfaction. They talk to you and explain what to expect step by step. Their shop is clean inside and out so you know your car will be treated with the same care. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The finished product looks as though I just drove off of the car lot, you would never know it was hit. The price was extremely reasonable,I would have paid if the price was higher. The hard work and time that was given to my vehicle you don’t find that these days. You don’t find people that take pride in hard work anymore. I will say I am extremely satisfied. Thank you all, Total Collision for going above and beyond for me.
