Everyone was polite and courteous. They made arrangements for me to pick up my after hours. All around lovely experience. Hopefully I won't need a collision shop again for a long time. If I do, it'll be Total Collision!

My car was repaired in a timely manner and I was told exactly what had been done to the car when I picked it up. Total collision is extremely professional and trustworthy. As soon as the deer hit my car I knew ImTotal Collision was the only place I would let repair my car! This is the second car of mine that I have taken to them and thoroughly satisfied!

I noticed my driver door handle is broken and splitting in two on one end. Also, I when I dropped off the car I asked about having the bumper fixed under the driver headlight where i had bumped a deer in November and received a quote on the damage. I asked could that be repaired at my expense while my car was there since it wasn't from this accident but the car was already going to be taken apart.
