My car looks brand new, very professional and nice team. I appreciate that they kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle. Only downside is that my inspection sticker is extremely high up from where my windshield was replaced.

The repairs were great and quick. The only issue was the windows on the side of car inside and out were dirty and there was a lot if dust inside of the car. I would guess from sanding. Other then that the repairs were well done. That is why we always choose Total Image

Completely satisfied with the workmanship and customer service. I understand that the supply chain and adequate personnel crisis may have adversely impacted the timelines of the repairs but the repairs took over two months since the incident report.
