Not impressed, found JB weld on my fan shroud that was cracked. Bumper sagging half an inch on one side. Service brake assist light still on from when the vehicle was wrecked. Huge list of things wrong when I got the truck back along with pictures to go with the list.

I think that there are a good body shop, but as far as being like a preferred provider for Farm view insurance, where they take care of a whole collision situation where there’s bodywork and mechanical work that needs to be done. I do not recommend it and I think they need to be removed from that list.

I went into the ditch and I was very clear communication process from the beginning and I feel like I had to walk them through all communication and mechanical fixes. My car is still not correct. Several things were missed. I’m extremely unhappy with the process and I’m also unhappy with the mechanical fixes in the inspections that were done. I will further follow up with my insurance agent to see what my next steps are but at minimum I’m aware that Tottens is a preferred shop for your insurance company and it should not be.
