They made sure my Jeep was up to performance when I picked it up. Had to turn around and take it back twice because of dash board lights coming on. But they took care of every issue and concern I had. Great team!!

The communication of the timeline to finish repairs wasn't the best as I had to rent another vehicle during the repairs and I stopped to get something from the vehicle 2days after dropping it off and they hadn't started on it and it took a week longer to finish also.

I was kept notified of length of time and any delays that were happening. They apologized for not being able to get it unite done by the date they had told me, but had kept me informed ahead of time. I appreciated that.

Staff was easy to work with and very helpful and the repairs look great. The van was washed and diagnostic tests performed and all was good—except on the drive home the service engine light came on so that will have to be looked at to discover the problem and if it had anything to do with the repairs

I recommended Tottens to EVERYONE I knew in the past!! They were #1 in my book. I don’t know what happened, but I’ve been hearing this happen more and more from others in this past year, I guess I just had to see it for myself. I would honestly recommend anywhere else but Tottens to everyone I talk to now. Such a shame.

Highly dissatisfied. I’ve been taking my vehicles there all my life, and have NEVER experienced the issues I did this time. From it taking almost 8 weeks to get in, while my son drove around with no heat, to it not being fixed all the way when we left. Being told we’d get a “follow up” call to schedule the windshield repair, which never came. I’m completed disappointed in a business I spoke so highly of.

Best customer service received in a long time. Very accommodating and professional. Also, provided updates on progress as repairs continued which was much appreciated.
