After a recent accident, my Toyota Sienna minivan (specially modified w/a wheelchair ramp) was taken to the Toyota Escondido Collision Center for repairs. Because a permanent disability requires I be in a wheelchair AND because neither Uber nor Lyft offer wheelchair-accessible rides in my area, I’m totally dependent on my minivan for transport to medical appointments attended several times weekly. Without my minivan, the only way for me to get around is to call for a medical transport vehicle - an extremely time and cost intensive prospect that’s frankly unaffordable for me. As such, I was really apprehensive about how long repairs would take, as every day without my minivan was a day I’d be unable to attend medical treatments. Knowing I couldn’t be without my minivan for long, the Toyota Escondido Collision Center took outstanding care of me, patiently fielding my MANY questions, then getting my vehicle in, repaired and returned in what must be a record time of less than 4 days, all without compromising quality. With my minivan back, repaired and ready, I’m happily back on my regular schedule , able to focus on my health, instead of being stressed about a damaged vehicle. So thank you Toyota Escondido Collision Center, you came through for me when I needed you most!!!

This is the 5th or 6th repair we have done here. Every single one comes back with hidden damages far exceeding the original estimate, sometimes more than double. The time it takes to repair has gotten far too long exceeding our 30 day rental car through insurance.
