Casey was always prompt and so friendly and nice. Erica was also great, and provided a ride for me. Casey stayed in touch so well, as my parts did not come in at the same times. He was super great! They also did a great job of fixing my car :-)

John of AAA was great. So was Casey of Toyota Collision. If we are talking about using Enterprise for the ride between and the car rental, they were also very courteous and prompt. A 10 also.

Casey always kept me informed in timely ways. He was very helpful and friendly. Erica gave me a ride one day. They were all great. Kudos to Casey for coordinating 2 window repairs to my car, with the least amount of "lost time" for me, with my car.

I Was very impressed with everyone’s’ commitment to the collision center and the attentiveness to the customer. Just a little suggestion...if the receptionist could smile more it would be 10/10. Not saying she was mean or rude, but the 2 times I went she was a little serious. That could be an extra point.
