Overall the quality and speed of the repair was great. The only issue I encountered was when closing the damaged door. It didn’t close as easily and felt a little stiff. But I don’t expect it to be brand new, after an accident. I think they did the best they could with what was already there.

The gentleman in charge of my account was amazing. He was very responsive and helpful. I am not completely satisfied with how hard it was to for the staff to get me in touch with him. I called a few times and was transferred around to full voicemails or wrong extensions. When I was finally able to reach him it was great and I approved responsive communication.
