Overall good. Failed to follow through and return calls twice. Likely a lot going on personal based on overheard conversations. Accept that things happen, but that was a miss.

The repair was great, but the time taken is unacceptable. It took almost 4weeks to get it done. My car is not majorly damaged. I had no car to drive for a couple of weeks. If my husband had called the shop, our car would not have gotten it done that day maybe somewhere next week. Second, my car's headlight was changed to only one. usually headlight came in pairs. Why did I only get to change one headlight instead of both?
