I must admit I wasn't thrilled that my car repair went from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks over the holidays. But I understand that the car needed to be fixed correctly. Gregg was always connected and explained, I so appreciate that and that my car is safe.

Final repair cost of $2900 after initial bid of about 2,200 a little disappointing, even though the difference fell to my insurance company and didn’t affect my $250 deductible.

Appreciate that they contacted me on some fixes to my vehicle that wouldn't be covered by insurance but would stand out if not fixed. I'm so glad they told me about that as I went ahead of had them fix it and it looks amazing. Loved how they explained everything they did.

I have frequently suggested people use Tracy's. How often this happens in the future will depend on how the correction is handled. I expect that it will be resolved and I will continue to suggest that people use Tracy's.

While the body work on my car was done well (I think) I had to continually call for updates on when it would be done. On the day it was complete, again I had to call. The receptionist was very rude. Honestly, she was rude with every interaction that I had with her. I will likely never use Tracy’s again because of her. If your main job is customer service and you are rude to the customer, then I think you should find a different career field.

While the body work that was done seems to be fine (I think, so far), I will never use Tracy’s again. After being promised my vehicle would be done day after day, I had to call for an update each time. The receptionist was extremely rude with each interaction. When I finally was able to get my car, I walked in and she didn’t even acknowledge me. If your only job is customer service and you can’t provide that…might be time to consider a new occupation. She is the main reason that I’ll never go there again. I read through other reviews and many people said the same thing about her. So obviously they aren’t taking customer service seriously.

We have always used Tracy’s. We will use Tracy’s again. Just fix the communication.

The only problem we had is when my wife called to check on the day our vehicle would be done the lady who answered was grabby.

The communication was not good. We had to call to find out if and when the truck was going to be done. We had a rental and needed to let them know if we needed it longer or not.
