Impressed with quality of work. My car looked terrific! Excellent customer service. Tran took time to explain & provide us with different options. Very knowledgeable confident and worked with our insurance company. The transaction and service just went smooth. I did not feel like we were just another number or hurried threw. Tran spent TIME talking to us, that is kind of rare these days. Enjoyed the *TIME* Mr Tran spent talking to us! He talked about his business,community and it was fun checking out his sports car! Tran is not only an outstanding Body Shop owner and car mechanic, he is an amazing human being and someone who has been a friend since I first met him over three decades ago. He is laser focused on what’s best for the customer,. His knowledge of insurance requirements and reputation with them, means a totally no hassle experience for you. When I picked up my 2021 Nissan Pathfinder today.it was better looking and detailed than when I got it new 5 months ago! His staff are also well trained, respectful and helpful His shop is clean, well organized, and well located. Based on my experience, knowledge of the person, I would recommend him to anyone who needs their car fixed after a collision. A true icon of a kind hardworking immigrant who has succeeded with hard work, training and service. He is an asset to the community. Peace ☮️
