I did not receive consistent correspondence and was given the runaround about when my car would actually be ready. Only to then be told that my car sat for a week and a half before even beginning repairs. Very unprofessional front desk staff.

The only thing I would say is that if I was able to drop the vehicle off when the shop had the parts I would have saved the out of pocket expense on the rental which was about 500 bucks but over all they did a great job

I'm really glad we took our Rogue to Traynor for repairs. I was happy that we were always updated (via phone/text on the status of repairs). Also, Tony was very professional, polite, and he did a great job on the repairs. He explained the repairs that were going to be done beforehand, and had explained all the repairs that were made when we picked the car up, as well. I highly recommend this auto body shop! Great team of professionals!
