1 week repair turned into a 3 week repair. Very little communication. Zero heads up to plan for the completion day and had to cover the rental until we could take time off to come get the vehicle as a result.

There were a couple marks I had to use compound on to get out. I believe something rubbed up against the car. Also I informed them not to clean my car when done, told them I would do it;
