There is a glob of a gummy substance I found on my passenger side door which has now hardened and is difficult to get off. Disappointed a walk around was not provided to me when I picked up the vehicle. Disappointing because I live almost an hour away but brought my vehicle here because of an excellent previous experience.

My car was sloppy painted the first time not 3 months after they fixed the sloppy paint job the paint started just chipping off. They did fix it but not without multiple remarks from someone in the office saying that girls don't typically check the paint job and seemed genuinely displeased that I did checkout the job. Although they did fix the issues the attitude of having someone check the work done to their car is not appreciated, I believe people bring their cars to get fixed to be proud of what they own and I feel the company should encourage people to check it over because the company should be confident and proud of the services they provide.
