The decal on the hood that was replaced was either defective or not installed properly. Now I have to take my truck back to the shop again to get a new decal installed. Nobody has called to set up the appointment to do this yet

The reason I didn’t give a 10 cause I was thinking of to be there at 8 am ! I was there ! No one was there ! I had to stay in town to 12;40 ! The guys had no control when the guy would come to calibrate it ! But it was my day off ! I had to get up early to be there by 8 am ! I was very inconvenienced ! I’m very happy with the job they did ! So I would highly suggest them ‘

It took a few extra days but that's understandable no big deal, Ed did a good job explaining the process and that sometimes there is hidden damage that takes a little more time,overall my truck looks new again well satisfied.
