They did a ok job just need to communicate with customers and not keep cars so long insurance only allow so long for rentals

It took them way too long to fix it and after I got home husband found couple spots paint looks like it was sanded off but if I take it back they will have it for 4 more weeks and insurance will not pay for rental

Hard time getting them to answer phone at repair shop always had to call the main tri star which would say we can’t transfer call but would send them a message when we have questions about our car our time is just as important as there’s
