The interaction with employees was actually a 10. They were all very friendly and helpful. However, the estimate I was given wasn't even near what the final bill was. The increase was due to 1. not including the paint and 2. not realizing that sensors had to be calibrated. I went to 2 other shops prior to going to yours to get estimates and they both knew about the calibrations.
