Service was great. The AI tool was very helpful. I was surprised it took 10 days though to replace the front bumper. I was very pleased that they cleaned out my car which was unexpected. They worked with insurance very smoothly. The main less than optimal thing other than the time it took was that communication about pickup was dismal at best. Thank you. Hopefully I won't need to go again but if I do it would be with Tristate.

So far so good because I picked up my car couple of days ago. When I picked up the car, it was spotless and v clean. I do want to let you know that delivery/ pickup time was not upto par. Meaning, I was told it would be ready and then ready at noon and then eve. lastly, I was told by txt msg (AI I guess) that I "COULD" make late pick up arrangement and came with a number/ However when I called, I was told that NO Late pick up. It was only till 5 pm which contradicts what is on your website as 5:30pm I guess. 9-5 pm is like banker hours not customer friendly. Thanks
