I was not satisfied with the complete repairs. After driving the vehicle I noticed rattling on the rear of the vehicle were repairs took place and I found work not done correctly. I have pictures after getting under the vehicle.

When I got into the vehicle it indicated “open tailgate”. Service Representative checked it and had to take vehicle back to the shop. He explained lock was loose and was adjusted. The message disappeared. It is evident the vehicle was not inspected properly before handing over. It is also possible a new lock should have been installed. A family member has inspected the area repaired and said it was “rough”, job was not done smoothly
