My job was done through an insurance claim. The front desk service was great! My car was fixed rather quickly, however the job was mediocre. My insurance claim, based on my car collision was to fix my front driver and passenger doors, due to be T-boned at an intersection. That was done great! However, upon coming home, my rear passenger window button was stuck (mind you that was not the job was to be worked on). My car was washed prior to pick up. The shop adjuster place the blame back on my young child, whom had not been in the car. It took some hassle and convincing for the shop to fix their mistake. In addition, someone at the store did remove my towing rear cap (at the front bumper of my car). The adjuster has no idea what happen and claims it is not there.
