This is at at least the third time Trotter Ford has done bodywork for me. As usual, it was excellent. They hoped to work would be completed on Friday, but the part did not come in on time and they notified me promptly when it didn’t arrive. They did have the work completed the following Monday after the part did arrive. As usual Kevin Thompson was a a pleasure to work with.

repairs?8Service was good and prompt. Staff kept me and my husband informed of the status of my vehicle. The only issue I had is that I wasn't informed when to pick up my vehicle. Staff said they called me and my husband but they actually called an ex from over 10 years ago..smh...I dont know how this happened at all considering my husband and I was called in the beginning

The collision staff was very nice and helpful. I pulled up and they went to work. Vacuumed up all the broken glass, threw away the broken window in the backseat and safe wrapped my window so my vehicle could hold the ac air in this 100° weather. The parts came back very fast. I dropped my vehicle off that morning and it was ready that evening no rental was needed. Im very satisfied overall. 10 out of 10. Thank You Trotter Ford Lincoln Collison Staff!
