The repairs look OK but I have to take time out of my schedule. Time that I really don't have. Just to go back to the repair shop and pay for something that they should have mentioned when I was there last week to pick my vehicle up. If the guy behind the desk hadn't been in such a hurry get me out the door he might have remembered it. Instead of calling me a week later and acting like it is my fault that it wasn't paid. This will be the last time I use this place. Not to mention that I have mildew in my back floorboards because some genius left the window down. I don't know why he rolled it down in the first place.

I will never use or recommend anyone to use Trotter as long as Johnny Whitehead or Kevin Thompson work in the collision repair center. I now have a piece of stripping stuck up in the air from having my ws replaced that because it was beginning to age will not do anything about it to try to fix. Im also not happy that the crappy glass shop down the rd replaced the ws, if I had wanted to use them I would have taken it to them in the first place and it should not have to stay in the shop over night for a tail light and ws replacement when I had my vehicle at he shop when it opened so as many people I referred working 32 for State Farm I will never again. I have had several things done in the past when Freddie and Larry Easterling worked in the shop and never had a problem. I also purchased my veh from Trotter but not again!!
