Your staff and process is highly organized, well thought out and so smooth. After a glance the right parts were ordered, and an appointment was set to fix it. The appointment was kept, after a reminder call, the work was done beautifully and the car was available when they said it would be. The car had been cleaned inside and out and even my wheels were shiny! Thanks team! It was a great experience! Looks brand new!

Communication was not as good as it should be. Got a check in call several days after we had passed the 2 week completion date. I had to call for the next update a week later. I expected the car to take much longer than the 2 weeks given. Every time I've had body work done it always takes longer than expected.
