I would highly recommend T&T Coast to anybody who needs auto body or collision repair. The body work they did was of exceptional quality and they have terrific customer service, even in cases when difficulties arise, which sometimes do occur. They are knowledgeable, really do the pre-work to try their best to ensure that deadlines are met, and communicate directly and clearly if external circumstances affect the timeline. I wish more businesses operated like T&T Coast.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time (in any business field). Before scheduling the repair, T&T did extensive work researching the availability and projected schedule for receiving parts. Even when things out of T&T Coast's control (Subaru sending wrong parts, multiple times), they maintained terrific communication, let me know the details of the efforts being made, and provided new, modified expectations for completion. They are truly professional.
