I had 2 different claims. First my neighbor ran into my car and hit the front passenger side while my car was parked, and then I was rear ended and the car had quite a bit of damage. They repaired everything and my car looks new. I can't tell it was in any kind of accident!

They called me as soon as they had the claim assigned to them by my insurance carrier and kept me apprised at every step of the way, and were extremely attentive and polite. When it was time to pick up my car, I unfortunately could not do so until a week later, because my father had passed away. They were very helpful and accommodating and told me to take my time .

The owners and staff at Cranbury body shop are the most friendly and honest business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I brought my 2021 Chevy Silverado in because it had been in a accident and they made me feel at ease. Everything they explained to me and me feel at ease with the whole process.And I can’t say thank you for for all your magnificent service. (Answering for Ralph - John , his son) My Dad was unable to really take a good look at the repairs since it was a snowy weather day. When he got it home the car was parked in his garage close to a wall that also kept him from taking a good look. I have a high degree of confidence in the work done at Cranbury GMC Buick, as everything in this transaction went smoothly and professionally! Great people to work with, and If there are any problems, which I doubt, I'm sure they will make good. The claims process and claims adjuster at NJM should also be given high marks for professionalism!
