Good evening, thank you a zillion times to Tucker Staff, Jenna for being so helpful with all the paperwork with my insurance adjusters. John for keeping me updated thru text or calls of the process. After a month of my car being in the shop, I was able to pick up my Sportage KIA, John did a complete walk down explained in detail what work and parts ordered. My car looks as new as when I first purchased it off the dealer lot. Even has that amazing shiny look ,very detailed, thank you for your hard work and dedication for understanding when a customer has to go thru so much when stress. emotional & financial. I will definitely recommend Tucker Auto Body at 💯 percent to all my family & friends if ever needed.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend your shop for Tesla body work. When I was initially told my car was ready, there were several obvious issues that should have been caught during a final quality control inspection: a large windshield crack caused during assembly, a glove box that wouldn't open, and an improperly secured cowl panel, and significant hood/fender misalignment. It was explained that the hood/fender misalignment was related to damage to the left fender. However, that damage to the left fender was very minimal and, in my opinion, should not have resulted in the significant misalignment that remained. I appreciated that you replaced the damaged windshield at no cost. However, when I returned several weeks later, there were still significant problems: the passenger window was getting stuck due to improper reassembly, the dashboard was not fully seated and clipped into place, the hood/fender alignment issues remained, and several plastic components had been glued rather than properly secured, with some glue already coming undone. After driving home, I also discovered significant wind noise from the driver's window due to a damaged seal, and the windshield washer system was not working. The biggest issue was the lack of a thorough final inspection before the vehicle was returned to me. Having to repeatedly return the car for basic assembly and functional issues was very frustrating. I frankly would not use your shop for Tesla body work again and would not recommend it to others. I would also request to have at least the remaining functional issues properly repaired - (the windshield washer system and damaged driver's-side window seal).
