I brought my trunk for a much needed wheel alignment. I was greeted by Ashley, whom asked me to wait as she attended to a customer that was ahead of me. Ashley demonstrated the utmost professionalism and compassion to that customer. The customer was distraught due to a recent loss in her immediate family, and had more recently been in a collision which had totaled her vehicle. After witnessing Ashley's poised and kind demeanor, and her thoroughly clear and concise instructions regarding the service of my vehicle, I had no doubt about the quality of workmanship my vehicle was going to receive.
