I cannot say enough amazing things about Tuckers Autobody in Imperial 🙌 From day 1, the customer service was beyond exceptional and the team made this experience stress-free and seamless. The daily status tracker showing repair progress was a huge plus and kept everything transparent and stress-free. My Tesla looks absolutely incredible (after being hit while the vehicle was unattended) — the results truly exceeded my expectations. A huge shoutout to Luis (Tesla specialist) for his expertise and attention to detail, and communication throughout the process, Jennica (manager) for her professionalism and for setting her many tasks aside to give me a ride to the airport. Due to lack of detailed work from auto body shop.

Upon picking up our vehicle there was a dent/scratch that was noticeable on the hood which occurred under their supervision. Also the refurbished headlight that was replaced was very scratch and looked in bad condition. I would expect to pick up my vehicle in the condition it was before we had any damages on it. Had to wait a few more days for them to repair the dent and for them to buff out the headlight.
