Turner's Body Shop is a family owned and operated auto collision business that has been serving Page and the surrounding counties for 40 years. Our team is highly qualified to repair all makes and models of vehicles and has recently achieved manufacturers certification in Chrysler, Jeep, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Acura, Subaru and Nissan. Only 5% of collision shops nationwide have achieved this level of training and state of the art equipment needed to repair vehicles safely. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and provide frequent communication with our customers during each repair. Our goal is to exceed the vehicle owners repair expectations.

We've used your services multiple times through our extended family and your work is always exceptional!!. This time your lack of communication left us with frustration. We started in early December and given an estimate of 5 days for the work. We had to make calls to see why delays kept occurring. Explanations were you resubmitted quotes for additional work, twice. It didn't seem, to us to be complicated job, but perhaps a phone call would have helped us understand. Each time we'd call you, your staff was courteous but when there was added work needed and new estimates submitted we were not notified until we called and asked. Finally in 2nd week of January we needed our car, so said we'd pay for work and settle with insurance later. By end of that week, we got the car and insurance had paid you.

They are very busy place and its family owned business, they may not be able to get you in right away, but they do good work and are convenient to the Luray area. Also, you get a nice goody bag when you pick up your vehicle!
