Loved how I was treated. And the care for my car it was so dirty since I just come from a trip. When I got in it to come home all cleaned up . I really am thankful for Tuscaloosa Ford . This was not my first experience with them they have always been caring. It will come as a surprise to anyone that I will most certainly use them again. If needed.

Stephanie was very helpful answering any question that I had. She was so sweet. Everyone was extremely kind. I hope nothing else happens, to my vehicle, but if it does Iâm taking it back to Tuscaloosa Ford. You did not try to work with us to get our vehicle back. We were told when we walked in on Friday that all you needed was a check from the insurance or it can be an email of payment to be sent. When that was given to you, it was still not good enough. I asked to speak to Adam directly and he didn't even want or have the courtesy to come talk with us. This is bad business and I will be sharing our experience with others.
