I was a bit dissatisfied that I had to call to check on the progress. Was told the car would be ready on Wednesday but no one called to let me know. My husband called late on Thursday to find out it was ready. When I went to pick up there was a lady sitting outside with the phone and had just finished smoking. I had to tell her I was there to pick up my car before she would get up to go inside. She said she was sick and she as moving slow. Just acted very odd.
